Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Seasonal Support to be the face of our store, greet customers, assess needs, match to products, and guide them through the sale process. You will help drive service sales and learn through onboarding and certification while maintaining store readiness.

As a valued team member, you will keep displays replenished, build lasting customer relationships, and handle additional duties as needed in a fast-paced retail environment. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to engage with customers.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities and acting without prompting.
• Clear communication with diverse customers and team members.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and GC certification program.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and education.
• Assist with tasks to keep the store ready for business and service.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Build relationships with customers for future needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
