Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Seasonal Support to assist customers, drive service sales, and ensure the store is ready for business. You will learn products, participate in certification programs, and help deliver an excellent customer experience.

The role requires night, weekend, and holiday availability, attention to detail, and a passion for music. Employment benefits and employee discounts are available as part of our rewards program.

Qualifications

• Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.
• High attention to detail.
• Intermediate knowledge of Musical Instruments sold within Guitar Center (Guitars, Drums, Tech, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification and continuing education.
• Assist with execution of tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and service customers.
• Keep inventory levels in check and replenish displays as needed.
• Build relationships with customers for future service needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
