Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support store operations during peak periods.

You will assist with merchandising, freight, front-end functions, and customer service across sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment. This seasonal position is temporary and may lead to regular part-time or full-time opportunities as openings arise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
• Strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cashier and front-end duties to ensure accurate, efficient transactions.
• Process freight and replenish merchandise across designated areas.
• Support store operations, cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve store goals and deliver a great customer experience.
