Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support store operations during peak periods. You will assist with merchandising, freight, front-end tasks, and customer service across multiple store areas to maintain a clean, well-stocked, customer-focused shopping environment.

This seasonal/temporary role may lead to opportunities for regular part-time or full-time positions as available. Candidates should be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and be comfortable

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
• Strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established standards and processes.
• Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and ethical behavior in all interactions with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists with merchandising, freight, front-end operations, and customer service.
• Works across the sales floor, front end, stockroom, and receiving areas.
• Performs cashier and front-end duties, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
• Processes freight and replenishes merchandise per store guidelines.
• Maintains cleanliness and housekeeping in assigned areas.
• Supports inventory accuracy, shrink prevention, and safety initiatives.
• Completes tasks within established timeframes and collaborates with team and leadership to meet store goals.
