Job summary

Michaels is seeking a store team member in Salisbury, NC to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and support merchandise replenishment across the store. You will assist shoppers, handle checkout, and promote rewards programs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Encourage Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain in-stock, well-merchandised store; manage returns/go backs.
