Job summary

The Seasonal Sales Associate at MINISO USA is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily sales operations during peak seasons to ensure a positive shopping experience for MINISO USA customers.

This role helps achieve store goals and visual merchandising standards, assists customers with questions, processes inquiries, returns, and exchanges, and supports inventory replenishment and POS operations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Customer service and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and deliver a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
• Answer product questions, provide suggestions, and assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Process customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Replenish inventory, restock shelves, and ensure product availability.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently and enroll customers in MINISO Membership.
