Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain attractive store presentation, and support daily sales operations during peak periods. You’ll help customers, answer questions, and process transactions with accuracy while promoting MINISO Membership.

You will keep the sales floor clean and stocked, assist with visual merchandising, and collaborate with teammates to meet store goals. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Maintains professional and respectful demeanor.
