Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain store presentation, and support daily sales operations during peak seasons. You will greet customers, answer questions, process inquiries and returns, and help locate merchandise.

Responsibilities include keeping the sales floor clean and well-stocked, supporting visual merchandising, and handling cash with POS duties. A friendly, reliable team player who can work weekends and evenings is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
• Strong verbal communication skills for clear and effective customer interactions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Demonstrates reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Adheres to store policies and procedures.
• Maintains a professional and respectful demeanor with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Customer service: Greet customers warmly and assist with product questions and locating merchandise.
• Sales floor maintenance: Keep store clean, replenish inventory, and support visual merchandising.
• Cash handling & POS: Operate cash register, process payments, enroll customers in MINISO Membership, and check inventory.
• Other duties: Follow store policies, support team, and maintain a professional attitude.
