Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service, maintain store presentation, and support daily sales operations during peak seasons. This role contributes to a fun and efficient shopping experience for MINISO USA customers while supporting store goals and visual merchandising standards.

You will greet customers, answer questions, process returns, replenish inventory, assist with visual merchandising, and promote MINISO Membership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends/holidays/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with locating merchandise.
• Maintain clean, organized, visually appealing sales floor and replenish inventory.
• Handle cash, credit, and other payments and operate POS accurately; promote MINISO Membership.
• Follow store policies and safety guidelines; support team and management.
