Job summary

Old Navy in Lima, Ohio is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers through friendly service and product knowledge. You will educate customers on loyalty programs and collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class omnichannel experience.

You will work on the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap, supporting store operations and maintaining a neat environment. A flexible schedule including holidays and weekends is required; lift up to 30 lbs.
