About The Role

As a Brand Associate, you are an integral part of our team, bringing our brand to life for customers. Your responsibilities include engaging customers with excellent service, educating them about products, and fostering brand loyalty. You will collaborate with leadership to deliver a superior omnichannel customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Enhance customer experience using all available channels.

• Support various store functions including sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house.
• Maintain a neat and organized workspace.
• Handle customer interactions and issues courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
