Field Package Sales Representative - Woodfield Mall

Under general supervision, the Field Package Sales Marketing Agent travels to various events and locations to set up and break down booths and other display materials in order to interact with potential consumers to promote Capital Vacations ownership to generate leads and sell packages in a manner consistent with Company policies and training.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the setup and breakdown of all booth equipment and promotional material.
  • Travel to various events and locations as assigned.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Company programs, systems, services, and resorts.
  • Implement and rotate promotional concepts to meet and/or exceed production goals.
  • Adhere to Company approved script.
  • Meet and exceed production standards for lead generation and sales goals.
  • Target demographic locations and events that result in leads and sales.
  • Use innovative and proper techniques and/or protocol brand design.
  • Complete all required Company training and compliance courses as assigned.
  • Adhere to Company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of six (6) months of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field required.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Ability to operate general office machinery (e.g., phone, computer, copy machine, fax machine, 10-key, etc.).
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service skills; competent in public speaking.
  • Ability to take the initiative and effectively adapt to changes.
  • Able to use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Highly self-motivated with dynamic energy and an inner competitiveness.
