Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products and services, operate a cash register and handle payments.
• Execute point of sale and customer service standards quickly and courteously.
• Aim to meet or exceed personal goals (credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandising practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service procedures and Kohl’s standards.
• Participate in daily service processes such as register balancing and replenishing supplies.
