Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Engage customers, provide a friendly, easy-to-shop experience.
• Build client relationships daily with our customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and support selling initiatives.
• Educate guests on store goals, initiatives, and product launches.
• Represent the ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café) with knowledge.
• Utilize incentives and strategies to meet store goals.
• Resolve client needs quickly, ensuring satisfaction.
