Job summary

Disney Store in San Diego seeks a Seasonal Cast Member to deliver a magical guest experience. This part-time, non-exempt role runs from late September to mid‑January, with duties spanning guest engagement, product assistance, and POS operations.

The position supports Disney Store standards and contributes to a lively, guest-focused environment. Prior retail/service experience is preferred, with a requirement to lift up to 45 lbs and work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule that includes overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Retail/guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and climb a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests have The Best Retail Experience in the World.
• Engage guests with open-ended questions to assess needs and suggest products.
• Maintain high-energy, fast-paced environment and Disney brand standards.
• Assist guests in finding solutions using available resources including Disneystore.com.
• Handle cash wrap and mobile POS duties efficiently.
• Support shipment processing and replenishment on the sales floor.
