• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising and stockroom operations.
• Work with Store Management to meet personal performance goals with effective selling strategies.
• Act as a brand ambassador with knowledge of product launches and collaborations.
• Adhere to Crocs policies and asset protection procedures.
