Kohl’s is seeking a customer service associate to deliver in-store service at the point of sale and in customer service processes. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payments, all while upholding Kohl’s brand standards.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on speed, accuracy and courtesy. The role may include training new hires and supporting inventory and daily service routines.

Formación

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and properly handle different methods of payment.
• Execute point of sale and customer service standards with courtesy, speed and efficiency.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in training new service team members on POS procedures and Kohl’s brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes (register/cash balancing, change orders, replenishment).
