Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking associates to deliver outstanding customer service at the point of sale and in customer services processes. You will operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payments while maintaining speed and accuracy to create a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, meeting goals for loyalty programs, supporting inventory accuracy, and helping train new team members.

Qualifications

• No retail experience required
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payments
• Execute POS and customer service standards quickly and courteously
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty)
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition practices
• Assist in training new service team members on POS procedures and Kohl’s brand standards
• Participate in daily service processes (register and cash balancing, change orders, replenish supplies)
