Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products and services, operate cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and process payments.
• Execute POS and service standards accurately and quickly, delivering courteous, friendly service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals for credits and loyalty programs.
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition tasks.
• Assist training of new hires on service processes and POS procedures.
• Participate in daily service processes such as register balancing and restocking.
• Act with integrity and foster teamwork.
• Provide customer service with good judgment.
• Balance multiple tasks within established timeframes.
• Follow policies and safety guidelines.
• Respond to directions from supervisors and handle other duties as assigned.
