Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and accept payment methods.
• Execute POS and customer service standards accurately and efficiently.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service processes and POS procedures while upholding Kohl’s brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes (register and cash balancing, change orders, restocking).
• Act with integrity, foster teamwork, and provide courteous service.
• Handle multiple tasks within established timeframes and follow company policies.
