• Greet customers, assist with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items and bag merchandise.
• Execute POS and customer service standards with courteous, fast and friendly service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals such as credit and loyalty.
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist training of new hires on the service team and teach POS procedures.
• Participate in daily service processes like register balancing and replenishing supplies.
