Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services, operate cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and process payments.
• Execute POS and service standards according to company guidelines providing courteous, fast and efficient service.
• Aim to meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist training of new hires on the service team, teaching best practices and POS procedures.
• Participate in daily service processes (register and cash balancing, change orders, replenish supplies).
