Job summary

Kohl's in Hilliard, Ohio is seeking an energetic associate to deliver outstanding customer service at the point of sale, assist with products and services, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for every guest.

You will scan items, bag merchandise, handle payments, maintain inventory accuracy, help train new team members, and support daily service processes while upholding Kohl’s brand standards, including evenings and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Age 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle payments.
• Execute POS and customer service standards quickly and politely.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service processes and Kohl’s brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes (register balancing, replenishing supplies).
