Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services; operate cash register and handle payments.
• Deliver fast, courteous POS and customer service per company standards.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition.
• Assist training of new service team members on POS procedures and Kohl’s brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes (register balancing, change orders, replenish supplies).
