Responsibilities

• Engage customers, greet and assist with products and services, operate cash register, scan items and handle payments.
• Execute point of sale and service standards quickly and courteously.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service processes and Kohl's brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes such as register balancing and replenishment.
