Kohl’s in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a friendly associate to deliver excellent customer service at the point of sale and assist with daily service processes. You will greet customers, operate the register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payment methods, while maintaining Kohl’s brand standards.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, supporting inventory accuracy, and helping train new hires. Flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays are required for this role.

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payments.
• Execute POS and service standards with courtesy, speed and efficiency.
• Meet or exceed goals (credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service processes and POS procedures.
• Participate in daily service processes (register/cash balancing, change orders, replenishment).
