Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.

• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by greeting them and assisting with products, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payments.
• Execute point of sale and customer service standards with courteous, fast and efficient service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist training of new hires on the service team and Kohl's brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes (register, cash balancing, replenishing supplies).
