Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers in our Park City store. You’ll educate customers about products, deliver exceptional service, participate in omni-channel experiences, and support daily store operations to drive loyalty and sales.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators who stay upbeat in a fast-paced environment, enjoy collaborating with the leadership team, and are willing to learn and adapt to technology tools used on the sales floor.

Qualifications

Be at least 16 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship to work in the United States.
Willing to learn and use technology tools on day-to-day operations.
Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Able to stand, walk, move around the store, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsabilités

Consistently treat customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
Enhance customer experience through omnichannel offerings.
Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house as required.
Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
Handle customer interactions and issues professionally.
Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
