Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers by delivering exceptional service and educating shoppers on our products and loyalty programs. You will help educate and wardrobe customers, collaborating with leadership to provide an omni‑channel experience that blends in‑store service with digital touchpoints.

The role focuses on engaging customers, driving sales, and maintaining a polished, organized store environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship in the United States.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps, and registers.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, move around the store, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to drive sales and deliver excellent service using suggestive selling.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and brand benefits.
• Provide omnichannel shopping experiences across the store.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Assist customers and handle returns or issues courteously and professionally.
• Support sales floor and cash wrap operations as required.
