Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our storytelling brand to life for customers. You will educate, inform and wardrobe clients, delivering an omni-channel, best-in-class experience with leadership collaboration to meet store goals.

You’ll engage customers, promote loyalty programs, and drive sales while maintaining a neat, organized workspace. This role values strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship to work in the United States.
• Be willing to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps, and registers.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and education to educate and inspire customers.
• Engage customers to drive sales using suggestive selling and loyalty programs.
• Represent the Banana Republic brand with a positive, attentive attitude on the sales floor.
• Support operations across the sales floor, fitting room, and cash wrap.
