Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers.
• Supports a positive store culture with honesty, integrity and respect.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising principles and procedures.
• Preps merchandise for the sales floor per company standards.
• Participates in store recovery and cleanliness.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety awareness.
• Other duties as assigned.
