Pendleton Woolen Mills, Inc. in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (15-20 hours/week) to support our store from November through January 2027.

You’ll deliver outstanding customer service, build product knowledge, assist with merchandising, process transactions using our POS, and help maintain a welcoming storefront. Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and evenings is required.

We are currently seeking a professional and engaging SeasonalRetail Sales Associate (15-20 hours/week) for our Fort Collins, CO store location to work November, through January 2027.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and a passion for people
• Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn
• Tech-comfortable: able to navigate POS systems and store tools
• Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role (standing/walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, occasional ladder use)
