Pendleton Woolen Mills, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for our Park Avenue West store in Portland, OR. This 12 hours/week role supports our team in delivering exceptional customer service and representing the Pendleton brand.

You will help customers, maintain presentation, process transactions, and assist with inventory. The position offers a friendly, team-driven environment, a generous employee discount, and opportunities to grow during the season through January 2027.

We are currently seeking a professional and engaging SeasonalRetail Sales Associate (12 hours/week) for our Park Avenue West store location in Portland, OR, to work now through January 2027.

What You’ll Do

• Perform opening and closing responsibilities as needed
• Accurately process sales transactions using our POS system
• Support inventory processes and help ensure stock accuracy
• Communicate effectively with your team and management to meet store goals
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and a passion for people
• Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn
• Tech-comfortable: able to navigate POS systems and store tools
• Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role (standing/walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, occasional ladder use)
