Job summary

Pendleton Woolen Mills Inc. is seeking two Seasonal Retail Sales Associates at our Eagan, MN store for October through January 9, 2027. The positions are 15-20 hours per week, offering a generous employee discount and medical/vision benefits for eligible employees.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver outstanding customer service, learn product knowledge, and help maintain store standards while supporting inventory and POS transactions. Weekend/holiday availability is expected.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately process sales transactions using our POS system

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and a passion for people
• Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn
• Tech-comfortable: able to navigate POS systems and store tools
• Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role (standing/walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, occasional ladder use)
