Job summary

ALO Sarasota is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate (Part-Time) to support store goals during peak periods. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with the team to uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities include handling shipments, replenishment, floor sets and visual standards while ensuring a safe, efficient operation and strong customer service. This role is on-site in Sarasota, FL.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales & operational environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move constantly.
• Work during peak season and Blackout period including Thanksgiving weekend.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and partner with store leadership to fix gaps.
• Assist with shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor sets and visual standards.
• Support safe operations and stockroom efficiency.
• Move across the sales floor to meet business needs and guest expectations.
