• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Executing receiving and merchandising standards to keep associates processing efficiently.
• Create a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Ensures adherence to safety, cleanliness, and backroom standards.
