Responsibilities

• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store as needed.
• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Ring up purchases/returns accurately and manage cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and maintain merchandising standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
