Job summary

Homesense, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a retail team member for the Allen, Texas location. The role focuses on receiving and merchandising, ensuring a clean, organized store, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will train Associates, prioritize tasks, and support safety and store efficiency. Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail experience with leadership exposure, strong communication, and the ability to lift heavy objects.
