Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred
• Good communication skills
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds; heavier merchandise with team assist
• Must be able to work the weekend after Thanksgiving AND the days surrounding Christmas
• Part-Time roles: Availability to work two or more weekend days (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) and at least one weekday or night

Responsibilities

• Perform stock checks and maintain an organized stockroom
• Ensure displays on the sales floor are stocked and ready for customers
• Process incoming and outgoing packages, curbside pickup, ship from store, and buy online, pick up in store orders
• Support store goals for sales and service as directed by leadership
• Drive sales through customer engagement and product knowledge
• Lead by example and promote teamwork, safety, and profitability
• Promote current promotions, brand initiatives, and store services
• Maintain awareness of loss prevention and store policy guidelines
