At Home Group Inc. is seeking seasonal Team Members to support store operations during peak periods, assisting with merchandising, freight, front-end tasks, and customer service across the sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas.

This part-time seasonal role offers a 25% store discount and a flexible schedule, with opportunities to transition to regular part-time or full-time roles as openings arise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
• Strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills with clear communication.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established standards and processes.
• Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and ethical behavior in interactions with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs cashier and front-end duties, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.

• Performs store recovery, housekeeping, and conditioning tasks as assigned.
