You will learn through the GC certification program, build client relationships, and assist with store readiness while delivering excellent service. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience.
• Ability to drive sales and close deals.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of musical instruments is a plus.
• Willingness to complete GC certification program.

Responsibilities
