Guitar Center is seeking Seasonal Support to greet customers, assess needs, and match them with the right products in-store. You will pitch, overcome objections, and close sales while supporting a welcoming, knowledgeable environment for musicians and newcomers alike.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, product knowledge, and ongoing learning through GC certification programs, with a focus on teamwork and store readiness. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Needs to provide excellent customer service with a genuine, approachable demeanor.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of Musical Instruments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education.
• Assist with the execution of all tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Build relationships with customers for future service needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
