Job summary

Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Support in-store to greet customers, assess needs, and match them with the right products. You will pitch, handle objections, and close sales while supporting store readiness and ongoing learning.

The role requires welcoming customers, maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is expected; prior GC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.
• High attention to detail.
• Knowledge of musical instruments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets for services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and ongoing training.
• Assist with execution of tasks to ensure store readiness.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Build relationships with customers for future service needs.
