Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently manage product placement, stock levels, and retailer relationships across assigned stores. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize displays and maintain inventory while serving as the face of Hallmark.

The role uses a handheld device for reporting, requires availability for seasonal resets and holidays (including weekends), and includes paid training plus voluntary benefits. Part-time hours are 5–12 per week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Capability to lift 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to and between stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within stores.
• Maintain and display Hallmark products and fixtures in assigned locations.
• Support holiday-related tasks, resets, and extended hours during seasonal demand.
• Collaborate with store staff and support other merchandisers as needed.
