Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work with retail stores to optimize product placement, manage inventory, and support seasonal resets. The role uses a Hallmark-provided mobile device to restock and monitor displays, with opportunities to engage in department resets and cross-store collaboration.

It requires availability for weekends and major holidays, plus the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and travel between stores.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You can read, write and understand English.
• You can grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device; communicate with supervisor and complete merchandising tasks.
• Holiday support: assist with seasonal demands and extended hours before/after holidays; may work on holidays and weekends.
• Department resets: participate in installations and relabeling or relocating card departments; may involve evenings or weekends; two weeks notice for remodels.
