Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to work in various stores, including grocery and department stores. Expect a schedule of 10–12 hours weekly with pay of $15.00–$17.00 per hour, plus paid training and voluntary benefits.

Availability around holidays and the ability to travel between stores are required. Responsibilities include stocking and organizing displays, supporting seasonal resets, and collaborating with store teams to maintain inventory levels and product placement

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and transportation to assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within stores using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: extended hours and days around major holidays as needed.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixtures, and relocating sections, often two weeks in advance.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers in nearby territories when required.
