Job summary

Hallmark Cards is hiring a part-time Merchandiser to work independently in stores, managing product placement and inventory. You will collaborate with local store teams to maintain displays and support seasonal resets.

Starting pay is $13.00–$15.00 per hour with paid training and voluntary benefits offered for part-time employees. Availability around major holidays and occasional weekends is required.

Qualifications

• You’re at least 18 years of age and can read, write and understand English.
• You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently.
• You have access to Wi-Fi and transportation to travel to stores.
• You will operate a digital handheld device for merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products across assigned stores using a handheld device.
• Support holiday and seasonal changes, including extended hours and weekend work.
• Perform department resets and installations, relocating card sections as needed.
• Collaborate with store teams and act as the Hallmark face in the retail environment.
