Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking an Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Towne East Square to lead a team, support daily photo operations, and drive guest satisfaction during peak season.

You’ll help with hiring, training, scheduling, and inventory while promoting a positive, high-energy environment. Opportunities to return for future seasons and advance within our photography division are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in cash handling or sales transactions.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring, inventory, scheduling and training.
• Capture photos and assist guests in selecting keepsakes.
• Lead by example and uphold company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training and recruitment.
