Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Kenwood Towne Centre to help lead the team responsible for creating magical holiday memories.

You’ll support daily photo operations, supervise seasonal staff, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences from start to finish. The role offers flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, and opportunities to return for future seasons.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support opening-day preparations, including staffing, inventory, and scheduling.
• Promote a positive, collaborative environment aligned with company values.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assist the Local Manager with training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
