Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, a leading holiday photo experience provider, is seeking an Assistant Local Manager at Towne East Square to join the seasonal team. You’ll work with the Local Manager to lead daily photo operations, hire and train seasonal staff, drive sales, and ensure memorable guest experiences.

This role offers flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, and opportunities beyond the season within our souvenir photography division.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction position.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values.
• Support opening-day preparations including staffing and inventory.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
• Assist the Local Manager with scheduling, training, and other tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
